W. Allen Watson, Ph.D.
Allen is a graduate of
Hampden-Sydney College. He received his Master’s degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from East Carolina
University, and his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Allen’s areas of specialty include pre-employment testing,
test validation, performance management, and work team
training and development.
Austin F. R. Smith, Ph.D.
Austin
is a cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Baylor University. He received his
Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The University
of Southern Mississippi and is a Licensed Professional
Counselor. Austin received his Ph.D. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of
Southern Mississippi, and his areas of specialty include
leadership coaching and development, performance management,
and organizational change and development.
Max H. McDaniel, Ph.D.
Max is
a graduate of Millsaps College. He received his Master’s
degree in Experimental Psychology from The University of
Mississippi and his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from Purdue University. Max began his career
as a psychology professor at The University of Georgia and
The University of Southern Mississippi, after which time he
served as president of Morris & McDaniel Consulting firm
(Jackson, MS; New Orleans, LA;
and Washington, DC). For the last 15 years, Max
has served as president of Personnel Assessment and Research
Center, LLC, a human resource management consulting firm
located in Jackson, MS.
